Will the VA communicate with me directly in English?+
Your primary contact is always your bilingual PM — they speak perfect English and handle all communication with you. Your VA can also communicate in English if needed; many of our VAs are fluent. Either way, nothing gets lost in translation.
How quickly can I get started?+
After your discovery call, we assign your PM within 24 hours and your VA within 48 hours. Full onboarding — tools, processes, brand voice — is complete within 3–5 business days. Most clients are seeing results in the first week.
What if I'm not happy with my VA?+
Simply tell your PM. They'll address performance issues immediately and replace your VA if needed — at no extra cost. Bridge Ready™ means we own the quality, not you.

Our VAs are proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, Slack, Zoom, Canva, and most standard business tools. If you use something specific, we'll assess it during onboarding.
